The International Equestrian Federation (FEI) has once again entrusted the LKS Stragona with hosting the European Championships for Young Riders and Juniors in Eventing.
From 21–24 August 2025 Morawa, near Strzegom, will become the arena for Europe’s best young eventing riders. Competitors from 18 countries will fight for medals in two age categories – juniors (14–18 years) and young riders (16–21 years).
This is one of the most important events in the youth equestrian calendar, and each year the level of competition proves that Morawa gathers the most talented and ambitious horse-and-rider pairs.
The opening ceremony, taking place on Tuesday, 19 August, will be a unique moment of the championships. All national teams will parade at the hippodrome, giving the event a solemn character and allowing riders to feel the prestige of the competition. It is a moment that unites all participants, fans, and organizers, signaling that the battle for top results has officially begun.
Eventing competitions consist of three trials: dressage (21–22 August), cross-country (23 August), and show jumping (24 August). Each trial presents a separate challenge, requiring full concentration and excellent preparation from the riders.
Each day of the championships will bring a strong dose of sporting excitement. Saturday and Sunday will be especially thrilling, with fierce battles on the cross-country course and the show jumping arena. These moments often determine the final results and make this a must-see event for every eventing enthusiast.
The final Sunday will also be a day full of attractions for the whole family. The organizers have prepared Dog Agility shows and a dog activity zone, educational workshops, and competitions with prizes. Visitors will also be able to enjoy the Polish Equestrian Federation’s Riding Academy, with a chance to try vaulting on a special simulator. Gastronomic zones and relaxation areas will also be available, making this event a perfect opportunity to spend quality time together and enjoy sport in the open air.
